Returns

  • Deck of Cards (Direct Ship):
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Print-on-Demand T-Shirts:
    Because these are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for size, fit, or change-of-mind reasons. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund has been processed (if eligible).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and we cannot guarantee modifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to [insert support email/contact form link] so we can resolve it quickly.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
